Quality Is Part of Every Garment We Make.
Our in-house quality control is guided by your final approved sample and tech pack or specification sheet, which set the reference for garment measurements, construction and finishing.
Checks happen at different stages of manufacturing, not only at one final inspection. No process can promise that a defect will never occur, but this one is designed to catch issues early and keep production aligned with what you approved.
Why Quality Matters to Us
Garment quality is fundamental to how we manufacture. We aim for consistency and care, and we’re open about how we check it.
What we do
Following approved technical specifications
Attention to garment measurements and workmanship
Checking every garment before packing
Identifying material issues as early as possible
Management oversight through spot-checks
STAGE 1 - FABRIC INSPECTION
Starting with the Fabric
All fabric delivered to our factory is checked during inventory preparation, so material issues can be spotted before they affect later manufacturing.
Incoming fabric is checked during inventory preparation
Identified flaws and faults are addressed promptly with the supplier
Early checks help the team catch material issues sooner
STAGE 2 - PRODUCTION QUALITY
Accountability in Every Garment.
Each tailor works on an entire garment and is responsible for making sure its measurements match the approved specification sheet. That keeps ownership clear and supports consistency across production.
Measurements checked against the approved specification sheet
Consistency supported across the production run
STAGE 3 - FINISHING & GARMENT INSPECTION
Every Garment Measured and Cross-Checked.
As part of our quality control process, we follow an AQL 2.5 inspection standard to assess garment quality against defined acceptance criteria.
This sampling-based inspection helps us evaluate workmanship, garment appearance, and conformity to the approved specifications before orders are dispatched.

STAGE 4 - PACKAGING ACCURACY
Checked Before It Reaches the Box.
Packaging accuracy is part of our final checking process. Garments are checked for accuracy before packing is completed, according to the applicable order requirements.

STAGE 5 - SPOT-CHECKS
Quality Oversight Beyond the Production Line
Our Production Manager conduct regular spot-checks to help ensure that production processes are followed and quality standards are consistently maintained.
