Colour Your Vision. Bring Your Prints to Life.
Custom dyeing and printing help you achieve the colours, patterns and visual identity you have in mind. Our team coordinates these processes through trusted third-party vendors, and guides you through colour selection, print development and the approvals made during sampling.
Your Colour, Carefully Developed
Custom fabric dyeing starts with a colour reference and ends with an approved sample. Our vendor uses eco-friendly chemical dyes.
1. Pantone TCX reference
You provide your preferred colour as a Pantone TCX code, a textile colour reference that helps communicate the intended colour to the dyeing vendor.
2. Dye development
We coordinate dyeing through a trusted third-party vendor using your TCX reference. The vendor uses eco-friendly chemical dyes.
3. Lab dip review
You can order lab dips, small dyed samples that show how your colour translates onto your material. Appearance can vary with composition, construction and dyeing conditions.
4. Colour approval
Once you’ve reviewed and approved the lab dip, the confirmed colour guides the next stage, subject to material availability and production requirements.
A Pantone TCX code is a reference, not a guaranteed match. The actual result should be assessed through the lab dip, and we can’t promise exact colour matching or consistency.
Prints That Make Your Collection Distinctive.
We coordinate a range of printing methods through our trusted third-party vendors. The most suitable method depends on your artwork, fabric composition, design details, and desired finish, as not every printing technique is compatible with every fabric.
Digital printing
Can reproduce detailed artwork, illustrations and multicolour designs, depending on the fabric and printing process.
Suitable for
Detailed or multicolour artwork
Sublimation printing
Sublimation printing uses heat to transfer dye into the fabric, creating vibrant, long-lasting prints with a smooth finish that doesn't crack or peel like a surface print.
Suitable for
Polyester-based fabrics
DTF printing
Direct-to-Film transfers printed artwork from a film onto a suitable garment or textile surface. Suitability depends on the application, fabric and desired finish.
Suitable for
Detailed, full-colour artwork
Water-based printing
Uses water-based inks that absorb into the fabric, creating a soft, lightweight, and breathable finish. Commonly used for designs on cotton and other suitable absorbent fabrics, making it a popular choice for apparel where a natural feel is desired.
Suitable for
Simple to moderately detailed designs with a soft, breathable finish.
Screen printing
Commonly used for designs with defined colours and graphic elements. The best setup depends on the artwork, number of colours and order requirements.
Suitable for
Graphic designs with defined colours
Heat-press printing
Heat press printing uses heat and pressure to transfer a design onto fabric, typically through a transfer film or specially prepared print.
Suitable for
Logos, text, and graphic designs on compatible fabrics
